Doctors advise patients with hypertension not to eat too much fatty food, to cut out meat, and stop smoking.  The commonality of all these things is that they rob you of oxygen.  All acidic foods and drinks lowers your blood oxygen level.

• Drink 7-8 glasses of water in a day on an empty stomach preferably
